Refund Policy

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds?

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company — sometimes it takes a few days to post.

  • Contact your bank for processing times.

  • If you’ve done all the above and still don’t see your refund, please email us at support@petssparkle.com.


Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong size. We do not exchange items if you chose the wrong size (please consult our size charts!). For exchanges due to defects or errors, contact us at support@petssparkle.com.


Gifts

  • If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value. A gift certificate will be sent after we receive your return.

  • If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund will go to them and they’ll be notified.


Shipping costs
You pay for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee we received your item without tracking.
